These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and IDOAI (HK) LIMITED ("we", "us", or "Service Provider") regarding your use of the Smart Cleaner Android mobile application (the "App" or "Service").

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Please carefully review the sections on file deletion, backup responsibility, advertising, disclaimers, and limitation of liability. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

The App is a file and photo cleaning utility for Android devices. It may scan accessible storage, calculate storage usage, identify cache, temporary or residual files, and group duplicate, similar, blurred, large, or otherwise reviewable files and photos.

Utility nature: The App provides automated analysis and organizational suggestions. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by Android restrictions, file formats, device manufacturers, storage providers, or other apps.
User-controlled deletion: The App presents cleanup candidates for review. You must select or confirm a deletion before the App carries out that action.
No cloud backup service: Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, the App is not a cloud storage, backup, archival, restoration, antivirus, or data-recovery service.
No paid purchases: The current version does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. The App may be supported by advertising.

2. File Deletion and Backup Responsibility

Important Notice: Deleting files or photos may be permanent. Before you confirm a deletion, review every selected item and maintain a separate backup of important content. We cannot guarantee recovery of deleted, overwritten, corrupted, inaccessible, or unsupported content.

Your decision: You are responsible for reviewing cleanup results and deciding which items to delete.
Trash behavior: Some deletions may move content to an Android, gallery, or storage-provider trash folder; others may remove it immediately. Availability and retention periods are controlled by your device and related services.
Backup: You should verify that important content is backed up independently before cleaning. A thumbnail, duplicate group, or similar-photo result is not a backup.
System files: Do not attempt to remove files if you do not understand their purpose. Removing files used by Android or another app may affect device or app operation.

3. Permissions and Your Responsibilities

Permissions: You may grant the App access to files, photos, videos, or storage so it can provide the requested features. You may revoke permissions through Android Settings, although related features may stop working.
Lawful content: You must have the right to access, manage, or delete content processed through the App.
Device security: You are responsible for securing your device and accounts and for preventing unauthorized users from initiating cleanup actions.
Accurate review: You are responsible for checking file names, previews, paths, sizes, dates, and other available information before deletion.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertising through Google AdMob and may use Firebase Analytics to understand usage and improve the Service. The App is distributed through Google Play and may rely on Android or Google services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertisements, advertiser destinations, and third-party content are controlled by their respective providers.
We do not endorse or guarantee third-party products, services, availability, security, or content.
Your carrier, internet provider, or other service provider may charge data or connectivity fees.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use

Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Do not use the App to access, inspect, alter, or delete files without authorization.
Do not interfere with the App, advertising systems, analytics systems, security controls, or Google Play services.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, resell, exploit, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Do not introduce malicious code, automate abusive activity, impersonate another person, or use the App to violate another person's rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its software, design, interface, text, graphics, icons, trademarks, service marks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to IDOAI (HK) LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a compatible Android device for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Users in some jurisdictions may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded. The following applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No result guarantee: We do not warrant that scans will identify every unnecessary, duplicate, similar, blurred, large, cached, temporary, or residual file, or that every identified item is safe to delete.
No recovery guarantee: We do not warrant that deleted files or photos can be restored.
No uninterrupted service: We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, Android version, file format, storage provider, or other app.
Third-party services: We are not responsible for Google Play, Android, Firebase, AdMob, advertisements, linked websites, or other third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDOAI (HK) LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, photos, files, profits, goodwill, device functionality, or business opportunity arising from or related to the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Updates and Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the App, address security or legal requirements, maintain compatibility, or change our business operations. Updates may be delivered through Google Play. Continued use after an update is subject to the then-current Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, abuse, fraud, security concern, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, law, or our practices. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing Law and Local Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to IDOAI (HK) LIMITED, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer laws of your country or region apply. You retain any non-waivable rights and remedies available under local law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
